But that requires knowing your core values and how to use them to achieve goals. Without either, success and fulfillment aren't possible.
Fortunately, you can clarify both with the Clarity Tool.

I'm Joey Chandler and I created Certain Growth Solutions to offer training and support for leaders that want to experience the clarity, confidence, and conviction that comes from your core values.
Our unique approach makes core values work impactful, energizing, and even fun. We work with individuals and corporate teams.
Highly trained and driven individuals use our system to create the success and fulfillment they desire.
This happens by clarifying:
With that, you create clarity, confidence, and conviction — which lays the foundation for the success and fulfillment you desire.
If you can't rattle off your core values without hesitation, or can't describe exactly how you use your values to achieve goals — it is almost certain that we can help you increase your performance and decrease your stress.
"Joey's method helped me recognize and refine my inherent process, integrating it seamlessly into my daily life and business. Greater clarity, confidence, and consistency in achieving my goals — 'my way.'"
So why isn't everyone doing this?
Because there are three challenges standing between you and actually putting your values to work.
Most people don't know their core values clearly enough to use them. The words are too vague, there are too many of them, or they don't energize you. If your values don't come to mind instantly in a difficult moment, they're not clear enough yet.
Even when you know your values, fear and doubt show up louder. Every time you face a real situation — a hard conversation, a risky decision, an uncertain moment — your worries arrive first and your values get drowned out. You need a way to set those fears aside so you can actually hear what your values are telling you to do.
Using your values once isn't enough. You need to apply them across your whole life — your business, your health, your relationships, and the parts of life that make it worth living — so the results stack up and the alignment becomes something you can feel. That's how certainty is built. Not in one area, but across all of them.
To face these real challenges, we used first principles and asked: what do we need to answer the question "what are my values and what do they say to do in this situation?"
We tried lots of ideas, and anything that didn't move that question forward or made it harder to answer got let go. We developed three tools:
helps you identify your core values, get them down to three words you can remember in any moment, and make sure at least one of them is a spark word — a value that actually energizes you when you say it.
is a daily system for applying your values to real situations. It gives you a way to acknowledge your fears, set them aside, and ask the question: what do my values say to do here? It's the practice that turns knowledge into action.
is a program for applying your values across every area of your life — your business and career, your fitness and wellbeing, your relationships and dating, and your fun and adventure. When your values show up everywhere, certainty compounds.
When you do this work, here's what happens.
You get clarity because you finally know who you are and can access it in any moment.
You get confidence because you're applying your values and watching them work across different areas of your life.
You get conviction because the results stack up and you stop second-guessing yourself.
And all three of those together create certainty — the feeling that you're on the right path and you know how to stay on it.
This isn't certainty that everything will work out. It's certainty that no matter what happens, you have something true to work with. Three words. A system for using them. And the experience of having done it enough times that you trust the process.
Knowing your core values and how to use them to solve goals are critical for success AND fulfillment.

"After just a one-hour conversation with Joey he detected the issues in our sales system and suggested changes that triggered a complete transformation. We went from overwhelmed prospects that didn't convert to a waitlist in less than a month."
"About 6 weeks into the coaching and I have gone from the sense of complete overwhelm to excitement. This is no joke. I find the process logical and it fits into my already busy schedule. If you are willing to put in the work you will get great results."
The cost of not using your values.
Right now you might be exhausted and overwhelmed. There's so much uncertainty, so much opportunity, so many people telling you to do things their way. And so you end up doing nothing. Or worse, you end up chasing the next shiny object — another program, another strategy, another guru — hoping this one will be the answer. And when it isn't, you're back where you started but with less confidence and less energy than before.
That cycle has a real cost. It costs you time, money, and momentum. But the deepest cost is what it does to your trust in yourself.
And here's what most people don't realize: it is physically impossible to burn out while you are taking actions that align with your values. You might have long days. You might be tired at the end of them. But that deep, persistent exhaustion that makes you want to quit — that comes from misalignment, not from effort. It comes from spending your energy trying to be someone you're not or grinding through a system that doesn't fit you.
Your values are the exit from that cycle. They're the one thing that can't be taken away. You don't lose them when the market shifts, when a relationship ends, or when the plan falls apart. They're yours no matter what. And when you learn to use them, you have something that works in every situation you'll ever face.
The question is whether you'll keep searching for the answer out there somewhere, or start using the one you already have.
Knowing your core values and how to use them to solve goals are critical for success AND fulfillment.
