A workbook for values-led action

You Already Have What It Takes. You Just Haven’t Been Using It Right.

A workbook for making the most of who you are, without waiting to become someone new first.

Making the Most of Who You Are workbook

The real shift

Information isn’t the problem anymore

You can find almost anything you want to know through AI, YouTube, or a quick search. Putting it to use is the real challenge.

Right now, you have a set amount of resources. Skills, knowledge, motivation, experience. You can always add more over time, but in this moment, you have what you have. The real question isn’t how do you get more. It’s how do you make the most of what’s already yours.

The real shift

There are two ways to access what you have

Every time you move toward a goal, you’re either acting from your values or from your doubts and fears.

Doubts and fears sound like I don’t have what it takes, or I’m not good enough. They protect you from disappointment, but the cost is a scarcity mindset that keeps you stuck, chasing the next system that’s supposed to be the missing piece. It never is.

When you act from your values instead, you bring curiosity to the moment instead of accepting fear as truth. That curiosity opens up options fear can’t see, and leads to a solution that’s actually built for you.

What’s inside

A practical tool you can use again and again.

The Clarity Tool.

Three questions that get you to your own real values fast, plus your Spark Word, the part of you that usually gets lost in adult life.

The IGNITE Protocol.

A six step process you can run in a couple of minutes, built to move you from stuck to a values aligned action, on demand.

A three week path.

Week by week instructions that take you from your first pass with IGNITE to a real breakthrough, plus how to make it stick.

Repeatable worksheets.

So this stays a tool you come back to, not a one time read.

Who this is for

For people ready to stop collecting systems.

Founders and leaders tired of collecting systems that never quite stick, because they weren’t built from anything true about them in the first place. This is a way of checking your own actions against your own values, so the plans you build are ones you’ll actually follow through on.

Why I built this

I didn’t come up with this in a classroom. It came out of burning out in January of 2022, in the middle of a divorce, living alone for the first time in years, my business struggling, and a constant feeling that I wasn’t enough no matter what I did.

What got me through wasn’t a new system. It was one question I started asking myself every day. What’s one of my values, and what does it say to do today. That question grew into everything in this workbook, tested since with real coaching clients and cohort programs.
